It starts with an olive oil and a light minced garlic base, then layer on fresh mozzarella rounds, tender chicken, and roasted red peppers. After it comes out of the oven, we finish it with fresh basil and a drizzle of sweet, tangy balsamic glaze. (Available in 14" only)
